06.11.23 - Development Status

I just want to let you guys know that I am currently too busy to continue development of this browsergame, since too much is going at my job and life.

I'll continue development once things settled.

01.10.23 - 3rd open alpha

Next Reset: 1 p.m. Europe/Berlin GMT +2, due to database issues

Changes in 0.0.03:

  • All Timers Added: Every timer is now implemented and operational.
  • Combat Script Overhaul: The first major revision of the combat script is complete. Energy shields now regenerate between 8-12% per round, and physical weapons deal 0.8x damage before shield penetration.
  • Resource and Infrastructure Timers: Both now come with timers and offer a cancellation option at 75% of the initial cost.
  • Shipyard Queues: Currently, these cannot be canceled. Once the cancelation feature is implemented, queues not under attack will be refundable at 75% of the cost.
  • Attack Loot Enabled: Loot system is activated, with resource bunkers preventing loot theft.
  • Ship Mass and Fuel Consumption: These formulas have been added. Mass will soon be a determining factor in combat script reworks.
  • Energy Consumption Overhaul: The energy consumption systems have been extensively revised.
  • Fleet Mode - Collect Now Available: The collection feature has been activated in fleet mode.
  • Message Deletion: All messages can now be deleted by users.
  • Planet Scan: Users can now scan planets for size and bonus resources.
  • Spaying and Scanning Costs: These actions now require currency to perform.
  • Scan Display Update: Scans now show fleet sizes in grouped categories, without detailed numbers.
  • Anonymous Combat Reports: Users can now share combat reports anonymously.

Goals for 0.0.04:

  • Finalize Missing Fleet Commands: Implement the remaining fleet commands, including threat/fake.
  • Attack Scanning: Introduce a feature to view the size of attacking fleets.
  • Rapidfire Addition: Incorporate the new mass values into the rapidfire feature.
  • Alliance System: Develop a comprehensive alliance system featuring administration, automatic combat reporting, trade, war, pact, and experience points mechanisms.
  • PvE Content and Commanders: Introduce player versus environment content and commanders to enhance gameplay experience.

0.0.03 runs with 3x resource speed. Estimated runtime: 4 weeks

15.09.23 - 2nd alpha

2nd alpha reset today: 1 p.m. Berlin UTC+2

Changes from 0.0.01 to 0.0.02:

  • Fleet mechanics updated. Available: attack (loot disabled for alpha), station, transport
  • Spying available
  • Early combat script and message system introduced
  • Debris fields will be generated now (extractors for debris, asteroids will come during 0.0.02)
  • Power and storage management per planet (a bit buggy with fusion reactor)

Goals of 0.0.03:

  • Message and combat report administration (delete)
  • Missing fleet commands finalization: extract, collect resources (from your planets), threat/fake
  • Shipmass calculation, travelspeed overhaul, rapidfire and combat script update
  • Alliance system (administration, auto combat reporting, trade, war, pact, exp)
  • Government system introduction and bonus
  • Basic commander mechanics for PvE battles

0.0.02 runs with 5x resource speed and 75% flight duration reduction. Next reset TBA, but probably for 2-3 weeks. Please join our Discord for more information :)

27.08.23 - Dev Update
